Getting started...
 
This is a first. I started thinking about the need for a web page and possibly a blog when my friend Linda and I were working on our 2nd book together. I was going in all sorts of different directions with the content related to our new book “Fitness on the Ball.” I knew I wouldn’t be able to contain myself or the content of the book to the pages or the CD ROM. It was a great place to start but it was only the beginning.

This blog and my web page AnneOntheBall.com will grow and change over time like all of us. I hope you’ll come visit as we explore the contents of our new book and beyond...
