About Us

This website grew out of a desire to share thoughts, feelings and ideas that came up while Linda Kelly and Anne Spalding were writing their second book together, "Fitness on the Ball: A Core Program for Brain and Body". Together and with a community of friends and families, this site will unite those who desire to get fit and stay active for increased focus and decreased stress in the busy world we all share today.
